Question Challenge: Your last meals in OC

I started a thread like this a few years ago. It was interesting then, and lots has changed. Plus, the site could use some more traffic, so I'm starting it again.

    The Challenge:
You are in OC for 24 hours, and will have time for 3 meals, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. After this you will not be back in OC for years. Where do you eat?

    The Rules:

    (1) Pick only one place for each meal (name runner ups if you must - I did!).
    (2) Pick anyplace you want for each meal, as long as they are open for that meal.
    (3) Anyplace in the OC area is fine.
    (4) Keep it positive - focus on where you would go an why, not criticizing other's choices.

Beyond that, you can eat in, take out, deliver, drink, or eat your meal. You are guaranteed a the table of your choice without any wait. Money is no object.

    Here are my picks:
Breakfast - The Satellite at 46th Street - It's just typical breakfast fare, but it is a place I always go.
Lunch - Fish Tales - I love the seaweed salad and several other dishes. The atmosphere and service is always great. Harborside was a close second choice.
Dinner - The Grove Market - Not for everyone, but a place I really enjoy. Eclectic, off the beaten path, and I've always gotten excellent food there. Runner up: The Hobbit for crab cakes.

    Where would you go?

Breakfast - Bayside Skillet - Go big or go home.

Lunch - Shark - The $5.99 lunches are killer!

Dinner - Just Hooked - Farm/Ocean to table restaurant, serving up top quality food. How could you go wrong?

Breakfast - Pirates Den for crab benedict and capt crunch french toast.
Lunch - Crabcake factory for cheese steaks.
Dinner - This is super hard since Dean introduced me to Just Hooked this past year, but I would say the Shark is still my first choice just because I have only eaten at Just Hooked once, but will def retry to see if the Shark can hang on to the top spot.

After Dinner - A special room at the hospital for the heart attack that I will eventually have after eating everything.
