    SPOT YOU'VE NEVER BEEN TO

While walking or driving around OC you always pass a spot you've always wanted to go into, eat at, visit. What is it and why haven't you gone in?

I've never been to Seacrets. I'm not sure I have any actual desire to go, but it is one of those places that I feel like I should make an effort to visit.

There are a lot of restaurants mentioned that I've never been to, but in the past few years we have been trying new places each visit.

Oh...and remembering back as far as I can...I've never had Thrasher's fries.

No Seacrets and no Thrashers...you guys will probably kick me out of here now.

All of those "shack" type looking crab places. I would like visit every last one of them. When I want crab we always end up at Fenwick Crab House. Not sure why, it just seems like vacation flys by and you don't want to risk getting an OK meal when you know where to go to get a great one.

Re: SPOT YOU'VE NEVER BEEN TO

    La Hacienda

    Happy Jack Pancake House

    Englishs

    OC Wasabi

    Faustos

    JR's

    Aldofos

    Most places on boardwalk

    Anthony's (Either of them)

    Fat Daddy's

    Melvins Steak House

    Jules

    Galaxy 66

Blue OX (had drinks when it first opened)

Dough Roller (have been to Ritas 42nd)

    Captain Adams

    Higgins Crab House

    PGN

    Satelite Cafe

    Flavors of Italy

    Marina Deck

    Little Rock Lizzies

    Halls

    Bonfire

    Embers

Those are most, at least what comes to mind, on the island itself. Dang thats a lot, especially for living here most of my life. No particular reason not to visit any one of these places I just haven't and want to check out "just because".

La Ha I hear food is good, want to check that out sometime and the same with OC Wasabi. Just recently (last year) went to Bayside Skillet for the first time. I avoid Seacrets at all possible cost.......... never had a meal there and if I have friends in town that want to go I tell them to have fun. I gave away Gold cards (before they started to date them) because I didn't use them.

The Purple Moose. Walk by it all the time. The smell coming out of that place reminds me of my granddad after coming home drunk.

I'm sure there are still about 300 Candy Kitchens my children haven't dragged me into yet and probably a couple of Sunsations.
