Join others on the Boardwalk this Easter for the Easter Sunrise Service. Service is from 6am - 7am, at N. Division Street and the Boardwalk and is open to all. Sponsored by Ocean City Christian Ministers Association.
Worcester County Humane Society annual fun event - walk-a-thon on the boards! All proceeds benefit the Ocean City area's no-kill pet shelter. Bring your pet for a fun day on the boards to help the animals or adopt a shelter dog for the day by making arrangements prior to the walk-a-thon. Registration fee. 8am - 12pm, rain or shine!
Half Marathon runners start at the beautiful Assateague Island and finish their 13.1 miles in the historic Ocean City Inlet overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and white sandy beaches. 5K runners run on the historic Ocean City Boardwalk, finishing in the same location as the Half Marathon runners.
Maryland International Kite Exposition on the Boardwalk between 2nd and 6th street will feature three fun filled days of kite flying on the beautiful beaches of Ocean City. Take a walk down the Boardwalk and look up at the skies filled with colorful and spectacular kites.
The Lyme Disease Awareness 5K is a fundraising event providing information and prevention while educating the public about the short and long term effects of an illness that is indemic in Worcester County. The Lyme Disease Awareness 5K will begin and end on the boardwalk at the south west end of the boards and Inlet parking lot. Registration, stage, and festivities will be set up adjacent to the south west tram station.
Cruisin' OC features over 3,400 hot rods, customs, classics, street machines, muscle cars and more. Live entertainment, celebrity guests, special attractions, boardwalk parades, manufacturers vendor midway and more. Admission. Don't miss the Boardwalk Parades on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday mornings from 7am to 10am.
The free concert on the beach starts at 8pm and the fireworks start at 9.30pm. Bring your blanket and beach chair and enjoy the entertainment and spectacular 4th of July fireworks.
