Has anyone ever stayed at the Majestic Hotel apartments on the boardwalk?  What should I expect?

Looking at renting at Bahia Vista II this summer.  It's on 10th Street on the bay.  The last 3 years, we rented on 2nd Street; once at Cori Noel and twice at Crab Cove.  Obviously, Cori Noel is above the rest.  Apparently, the unit on VRBO is being rented by the developer.  This is a 3BR where the one at Crab Cove was a 2BR.  The rates are the same.  The bay view on 2nd Street is phenominal and we like that.  I'm waiting for some photos from the balcony for the unit at Bahia Vista II.  Anyone have any feedback on this place?  I think it's re

Does anyone know what 3 bedroom units rent for during the Tournament in Harbour Island?

Are there any year round rentals in O.C.? If so I would appreciate any help you can give. If not, perhaps you could tell me of some nearby. I would like to move there this coming year, but I'm having trouble in locating an apartment complex in or near O.C.

Does anyone have a contact number for the Condo or Homeowners association at Sandy lane? Hopefully the President.

Anyone ever stay at The Fountainhead?

We rented w/ Condo Realty this year and had a pretty good experience. They were the only place that had the condo we like to stay in for a reasonable price. The only complaint we had was that we didn't have cable. I called them on Sunday and they said they'd notify the owner. I guess the owner then called the cable company, but nothing was fixed while we were there. So, we got like 15 channels and 2 religious channels, which bummed us out! The lady at the rental co said it's been like that since they switched to digital. I tried to call comcast myself and always got a busy signal.
