Since it sounds like the energy generated will go to MD, I'm all for it. There was a similar proposal out in Western Maryland however, none of the energy would go to MD so it was shot down.
Although the picture in the report from WJZ is completely bogus. It shows what appears to be windmills only several hundred feet off shore.
I for one was all for some of the original proposals several years back that would have put the windmills only 3 to 4 miles offshore instead of the newly proposed 12 miles.
