Ocean City

Went to Windows on the Bay recently and boy oh boy, am I glad we did. We used to enjoy it back in the day, but have not been there in quite some time. Hubby and I had a fabulous meal and can not wait to go back.

Started off with the crab dip, it was delicious.

I had the Eggplant Grazioso, which was so fantastic, I know that I will have to get it everytime I am there. The jumbo-sized slice of eggplant was lightly sauteed with lump crab meat, scallops and shrimp in a sherry cream sauce. There was so much seafood that I could not finish all of it, and took it home with most of the eggplant. I had everything for lunch the next day, and it was just as wonderful. If you like eggplant, then this dish is to die for. I absolutely loved it.

Hubby had the diver scallops and loved them; plenty of large scallops and he said the sauce was wonderful. I could tell he enjoyed it because his plate was so clean no washing was necessary.

Too full for dessert, but we saw a couple go by and they looked good. We are going to try to save room for dessert next time we get there.

I just had to let you all know about this wonderful place. I think this one is a major keeper, the food is that great. If you have the chance to check it out please let me know what you think.
