Same here, I would need an oceanfront condo and then a nice house on the water for a boat and other water toys.

I always like the look of the houses in between Fenwick and Bethany and in between Bethany and Dewey in the undeveloped portions of the penninsula. They look very peaceful and have beautiful views in both directions, yet you are just a short ride to the restaurants and activities in OC. There are some pretty incredible houses along there as well. Definitely ocean side right on the beach. With so few houses clustered in those areas, I would think the beach would be virtually empty.

If money was no object and you were going to buy a home (either permanent or seasonal) where would you buy? Oceanfront? Bayside? West OC? Ocean Pines? Berlin? Or even further? And why did you choose that one?
I always said that if I ever won the lottery, I'd want a house maybe in Ocean Pines or Delaware AND an oceanfront condo for my own family use. But then again, bayfront would be nice so we could have a boat.
