VALENTINES RESTAURANT

I was planning to take my wife to Antipasti Ristorante as well. Best Italian food around.
One year we went to Lighthouse Sound Restaurant which is just out Rt. 90 on St. Martin's Neck road. Great food as well and awesome views of condo row across the bay. Inside they have a big fireplace in the center of the restaurant and the last time we were there they had violin and cello musicians playing soft back ground music.
I went to Fresco's one time and was not impressed. There was nothing really wrong with it. The food was decent the prices were on par with other restaurants, but there was nothing that overly special about it for me to go back.
Fager's is nice also. I would definitely chose Fager's over Fresco's. Just make sure to get a reservation for the fine dining side to be on the safe side.
Fresco's is a little stuffy for me. Althought they have a killer view over the bay and sometimes a pianst playing for the entire room. When I had their food I wasn't like "wow"
Fager's is a bit more of a comfortable kind of nice, but yes make sure you get in the fine dining section. After dinner if you are still feeling 'frisky' you can wander over to the more 'club' section and dance a bit.
Good luck!
pS- don't forget the flowers, I heard that buying a bouqet of orchids is really 'in' this year if you are looking for an alternative for roses.
Some of my personal favorites in OC are:
Iguana Surf - west oc
Sunset Grille - west oc
Marlin Moon Grill - west oc (in the Francis Scott Key)
Yokozuno - gold coast mall - if you like sushi & japanese the food & service are both EXCELLENT
Fresco's - never had a bad meal there ever
Fagers - view is beautiful, service is great, food is good
Lighthouse Sound - view is beautiful, chef is outstanding, excellent choice!
The Globe in Berlin is a really cool place. In a restored historic theatre, it is a funky design with excellent food & artwork - maybe not quite romantic though.
I also understand the Atlantic Hotel in Berlin is reopening any day now. Although you might want to wait on this one until they've had the chance to work the kinks out.

So out of all these, what would you say is the most romantic, from looking, the light house sound looks beautiful, what kind of view does it have?
What is your take on the harrison harber view? Galaxy 66? reflections?
I am taking the wife down to OC for a valentines dinner, just am stumped on which place to choose. I have a limo already rented out, and all i need is a nice romantic place to take her. I have heard Frescos is nice, galaxy 66, and others. Help me out.
