Looking for Thanksgiving dinner options. I have seen some buffets advertised but not sure how the crowds will be.  Are there any other options for a traditional (not fancy) Thanksgiving dinner.

We have been going to the Clarion the last few years.  A great buffet at a good cost.  I would make reservations!

My wife and I enjoyed the Embers.   Not sure of any details, we were there in October and it was very enjoyable with excellent service.

Saw quite a few in the papers this weekend.  Most looked pretty traditional.

Well this year my wife and I along with the kids and the grandkids are meeting in OC to have Thanksgiving dinner at Fager's Island. We did this about 4 years ago and the following year and loved it there. The food is prepared like traditional homemade, delicious, and service is always good. An overall pleasant experience AND you don't have to clean up afterward.
