Just come home Sat., 22nd. The weather was beautiful the day we left., really sad..Most of the week was cloudy and very windy which made it a little chilly for swimming etc., but we made the best of it.
Sunfest was great as usual., we went down on friday night and it was not too bad crowded wise., it made it nice to walk around and look at things and listen to the music etc. I can imagine though that the weekend was crazy there. I am sure the weather is alot better now then what it was while we were there. I hope so anyway..
Sad to be home but glad we got to go again this year., it was great as always.

Hi all,
We were also there last week. Arrived Sunday 16th. The weather was a little too cool & windy for our liking:( but hey it beats being home working. Left Fri morn (the nicest day). We were able to enjoy sunfest on Thursday. Had tickets for the Fabuloul Hubcaps. That was a lot of fun. We're in our late 30s and I think a busload or two of whitehairs were there for sunfest:D. We were probably one of maybe 10 people under the age of 60 at the concert:p. Not complaining, just commenting. The emcee said it was the first time in 30 years that the Thursday nite sunfest concert sold out:). I'll post more about the rest of the trip later. Had some great food and fun activities.

Hey Everyone,
We just got back yesterday we arrived Friday the 21st and stayed until the 27th and it was beautiful weather. It was warm and felt alot like July-Aug to me and to top it off the water was warm...we enjoyed Sunfest as we do every year and look forward to returning again next year. I wish we could have stayed another week!
I just looked at the boardwalk cam at the Kite Loft and the weather looks great for Sunfest.....we had to cancel this year. :( Any reports???
