The camera is supposedly perched on top of a tower so if the wind is blowing with any strength at all the picture will appear to be blurry.
On another note here are some great pictures of the barge and giant crane that will be used to repair the Rt. 90 bridge. The combination made their way through the Rt. 50 drawbridge yesterday.

Check this out!
You can watch the progress of the repairs on the Route 90 bridge on a new webcam. The picture is a bit blurry, but it may be interesting to watch, especially when the beams are removed.
