Almost any place will try and accommodate you with a little heads up. I might recommend Dr. Unk's in West OC. They have a small room off the bar they could set you up in, and Grimmy is one of the nicest guys around. Others, maybe Harbor Watch, Fresco's. Those places are a little larger and 13 ppl wouldn't hold them up so bad.
Like the previous poster said I think any place will try to accommodate your group as long as you give them reasonable notice.
Another suggestion might be Seacrets. Last year they added several round large party tables that can seat up to 20 people. My family and I recently celebrated my mom's 60th birthday at one of these tables. It was really nice since everyone could see one another and talk without being spread among separate tables or one really long table.
My wife and I got married on the beach and took the boardwalk tram to Harrison's Harbor Watch for our reception dinner. There were at least 20 of us. They seated us all and still had PLENTY of room for others. They can accomidate large crowds easily. Plus, watching the the boats come in and out of the inlet during the evening at sunset while enjoying your meal is just perfect.

I'm looking for suggestions for dinner where 13 of us can have a relaxing, good meal. It doesn't matter where it is - we only get together 1x/year, so we would like to be able to visit.
Price isn't a huge issue - in the past we've gone to Liquid Assets. Jules, The Shark, Faustos.
Thanks!
