Z06RL, Yeah, we did some night time cruising. I was hoping the wife would cruise in my other car as well, but she wanted to ride along and video tape. Ask me how much video she shot? None..........
I don't go to the spring show anymore since the rapid decay of my 72 LeMans has claimed it inoperable. Therefore, I really don't know if there were more trucks or not. I'll say this though, there were less trucks imo this fall then last fall. We got behind 2 trucks with a bunch of darwin award nominees riding in the back of each one. Both drivers were obnoxious as well as the idiots in the back. They were throwing water and soda bottles at each other. One bounced off an idiot and hit the hood of a Tahoe beside us at a traffic light. The Tahoe driver got out and told them that if he sees them doing that again, he would perform a bottlectomy on their rearends. Hearing that put a big old smile on my face.
Britt, For the most part the weather was good. Except for the wind. I didn't care for the wind that week/weekend. You didn't see any pics from Saturday. I woke up, saw that it was raining, went to the back door of that apartment and looked at my car sitting in the vacant lot beside with all the water beading up on it and decided to go back to bed. We ended up playing miniature golf in between the rain showers. Took me about an hour Sunday morning to get all the water spots and wet sand spots off of it.
