Ocean City

Interesting indeed. Who knows how much they will bring in, no electricity no plumbing and wet land restricitions might hamper most folks. Not to mention possibility of flooding and after all it is an island.

Good to see he wants to keep Frick Electric afloat, they like everyone else in the business must be slow. Kinda like selling off misc valuables to make a car payment for the common folk.

I wouldn't want an island in Ocean City unless I could build a Candy Kitchen, a Tee Shirt Shop and a Henna Tatoo parlour.

Sold for $260,000, which was near the lower end of the expected price range.

Its a cool place, I ride there on my jetski and relax on the beach every now and again. Nice and quiet sit there and watch the world go by.
