admin, you said on Dec.6 that "A new sitewide design for the website" would be launched by the end of the year. Now I know we're only 8 days into the new year, so I'm not looking to split hairs or hold ya to a deadline, but could you please give us an update to how things are progressing?

Hi DeanM,
The redesign of the OceanCity.com website is being completed. Although it's not live yet, attached is a preview of what the new homepage is going to look like. You'll notice some "Tips from Travelers" text. These links will direct the visitors to the OceanCity.com forum where they can find the contributed information.
In addition to incorporating the new template into the forum, the other requested changes will also be made. The blue fonts on the light backgrounds are going to be darker, the tables with the yellow background are going to be removed, and some of the font sizes will be made larger.
The intention of the new layout is that it will be less busy and easier for users to navigate.
Your input is always valuable, so please let us know what else we can do to improve your experience on the website.

ADMIN: You have a pretty goofy problem. I psted above about my sig line, I came back just now and saw that pslam's sig was about the karona cat(?) so I went and put mine in again, (www.kentislandcruisers.com) and POW! it's back under psalm's posts..........

Please go back to the old format, this format has more problems than just colors and borders......

I am suprised of the condition this site is still in. I think that the old format or one similar needs to be reinstated. This site is going to be dead.

:( This format is impossible. The old forum format was easy to navigate and read. Having the new posts at the end of the subject post is annoying. Nevertheless, I will try and be a "good sport" and play nice. :P
