Hello Everyone!

Does anyone know anything about the Nancy Clair house/condo on 11th street and boardwalk? (Unit #2)

I am considering staying there. Any opinions on th eplace would be appreciated!

I wouldn't recommend it. It might be barely okay if you are a senior weeker looking for a place to crash.

but honestly, we are more interested in location at this point. although we are not "seniors" (i will be 25 on Sunday), we are not real picky about lavish things. i mean, we are basically in the room to sleep (on our own bedding) for a few hours and thats it. i spend most of my night out on the balacony with a good book listening to the waves crash on the beach or people watching.

so it seemed like a great location. i spoke to one guy who owns unit #2, but he will only rent out for a full week and it is not an ocean front unit. i saw another unit listed under a realtor, but they are booked the whole month of July. I know there are other units avaialble in the building, but i havent been able to find them listed anywhere online.

so i am still looking....someone suggested the bed n breakfast on the boardwalk, but that's just not my style....i noticed there is a blue condo with several small units next to it...anyone know what that is called?
