I don't think it's Shark's Cove, but just The Shark. I don't think it was related to Shark's Cove, but I could be wrong. The Shark used to be on the bay side next to the Village shopping center (45th st?). We went last year (or the year before) and the food was great, but I didn't like the venue. I've heard the restaurant at this location is nicer looking. I'm hoping we get to try it this week.

I think you got it right, Kuyaba. The Shark was in the part of 45th street village that is now condos and now they've moved to West OC. I've not been to their West OC location but have also heard good things. Generally I like things in the West OC, harborside venue. Although, I do recall the Iguana Surf having troubles once they moved to West OC, but I don't think the problems were geographic in nature. Didn't notice, is the Iguana still over there??

Has anybody been to the Shark's Cove (could be wrong about the name) in West OC?
I'm going for a long weekend next week, and might consider stopping in.
