I would not recomend staying there. I stayed there this summer July 2009 and it was not what they said it was. It was dirty and old. There was foil on the stove in place of burners and there was not light in the one bedroom and the living room light didn't work and the last day we were there the TV no longer worked. I was told the bathrooms were remodeled but that was a joke. There is no way those bathrooms were new. The place was very small and i will not be returning.
I stayed at the Wilmington Terrace in Ocean City on 12th street this summer 2009. I was very disatisfied. The place was filthy. There was aluminum foil on the burners of the stove and there was no light in the bedroom. Also the light inthe living room didn't work and we told the maintence man and he refused to fix it until we left because he said he would have to rip it apart. Also the place was alot smaller than they said it was and we were told the bathrooms were remodeled and they weren't, if they were i they must have put in used tile and stuff because it was very old looking. I would not recommend staying there.
I will be staying at Wilmington Terrace (Between Baltimore and Philadelphia Avenues on 12th St.) relatively soon. I was wondering if anybody has any information/stories about this place. Thanks.
