Leo's has been there for years! Like you said--may not look impressive--but the food has always been very good! We have had some of the best craps from there over the years and usually the price is very reasonable...... Certainly is worth stopping in for a meal and you can get breakfast all day!!!
I have not yet posted anything about our summer trip to OC yet (7/11 - 7/18), I have been so busy. All in all, not much new to report, it was a great time as always.
We did come across one restaurant that we never tried before. This year we stayed on 137th Street and we came across this place two blocks up. It is a small place called Leo's, they serve breakfast, lunch, & dinner. It is nothing impressive inside, just a small old dining room with booths and some picnic tables out front. We had crabs from there and they were excellent. Very meaty, full, and seasoned just right. We also had carry out from there for dinner one night (various subs, sandwiches, & platters) and this food was also very generously portioned and very good. If we continue to stay in North OC, we are sure to frequent there.
