Our stay at the King's Arms was good. The room was clean and well-kept, considering it is an older motel. I only had two small problems, the mattresses were rather hard and the bath towels were a bit small. However, considering the reasonable price and everything else, it was a decent place to stay. During peak season, they are $119 a night according to their website. It would be a great place to stay during the summer months if you were looking for somewhere reasonable and decent without the frills.

My wife & I booked a room at the King's Arms Motel for the Endless Summer Cruisin weekend. It looks very nice and was reasonably priced. We tried for a poolside room at the Dunes Motel, but they did not have any poolside rooms for that weekend available. Any comments on the King's Arms Motel would be greatly appreciated.
