Ocean City

Our stay at the King's Arms was good. The room was clean and well-kept, considering it is an older motel. I only had two small problems, the mattresses were rather hard and the bath towels were a bit small. However, considering the reasonable price and everything else, it was a decent place to stay. During peak season, they are $119 a night according to their website. It would be a great place to stay during the summer months if you were looking for somewhere reasonable and decent without the frills.

I stayed here for 3 nights. ($439)

Pros: It was very clean and CHEAP. Walking distance to Phillip's. Run by a nice family.

Cons: The bed was a bit springy and hard, no shampoo, LOUD air conditioning

I would go back, but not for more than 3 nights.

I know what you mean, we stayed there for three nights and I could not imagine staying there for a whole week. The place is very clean, but the beds certainly are lacking in comfort. However, for the price I really cannot complain.

Is this now called Cabana motel? how far from the boardwalk is this?

The Cabana Motel is actually two or three blocks south of the Kings Arms Motel. The Kings Arms is located at 24th Street between Philadelphia & Baltimore Avenues. It is on the oceanblock, but you have to cross over Baltimore Avenue to get to the ocean & boardwalk. Basically, once you cross over Baltimore Avenue, you will be on the boardwalk at the north end. The walk down to the inlet area would be a long walk, but able to be done depending on how much you would like to walk. Their website is:
