Just got back from a weeks stay at the Haven and it was a great place to stay. Clean and friendly staff, huge rooms, and for being on 1st st and the boards very quiet when you closed the balconey door, noise was never a problem.
Doesn't have a pool but who needs it when the beach is about 50 feet away.
Parking is not a problem, they only have 8 spots under the hotel but a nice lot is right at 1st and Philly by Melvins Steakhouse which is a very short walk away.
We had a great time and a great stay. We will be booking there for next summer for sure.
this is good to know. i was always interested in the haven before they remodeled it (even though it looked extremely sketchy). thanks for the future reference!
WOW I thought it was new in 2003, was it just a remodel job? I had never really noticed before last year. I thought it look decent last year so we booked there this year and will be returning next summer.
