That's funny Kwhit. I just logged on to ask the same question. You beat me to the punch. It looks like they made it a secure cam or something. I am going to send an email their way to find out. But I never got a response from them when the cam was down for all that time, so I'm not confident I will get a response this time either. I will put up another post if I hear anything from them.

I wrote a second email about the cam. I still have not received anything and the cam still requires a password to use. I had a backdoor I used to use to watch it and it is password protected too.

Just to keep anyone updated.

I sent a third email and, after sending an email, a window appeared giving me a number to call (1-800-630-2106) for an "immediate" response. When I dialed the number, I was connected to Comcast Cable in Chicago. So it was an apparent wrong number. I continued to search the site and found another number with one digit different (1-800-638-2106) and called it. This number was for reservations only. The receptionist stated that she would connect me to their corporate office, but with it being Saturday, they were closed. I will continue my effort to get this cam back up!!
