Try Dennis Thrift Shop in Bishopville (Not really a thrift shop, more like a wholesale barn filled with mostly new furniture). They have an awesome selection of new and used furniture at discount priues, plus they deliver. Here's how to get there. From OC take Route 90 west. TUrn right onto St Martin's Neck Rd. Follow St Martin's Neck until it dead ends into Bishopville. Turn right, Dennis' will be about 3-4 blocks up on the left. Truly a great place for furniture!

Try Jump & Jack Flash uptown near the Lighthouse in Fenwick Island. You can look them up online. They offer good used furniture but I am unsure if they deliver. My friend just got an amazing deal on an upright piano there last week.

I'd suggest checking out the major furniture stores in Delmar, DE, just north of Salisbury on Rt. 13. There is a giant Ashley store, and right next door is a place called Furnitureland. About 5 miles further north is Johnny Janosik's, the largest furniture store on the east coast. All have decent prices, no sales tax and deliver for free to the Ocean City area.

I'd stay away from the furniture dealers along Coastal highway, mainly Homeworks (85th St.), Donoway (130th St.) and Resort Furnishings (North Bethany, DE) as I've found them to be way overpriced.
