So it probably doesn't seem like a big deal but after a year of not being sure if I would be able to drive to OC and back it was nice to see I could do it.

Thanks for sharing pavisitor. I'm going to OC this weekend with my daughters for a girls weekend. We can't wait.

Hope You enjoy the trip, things are a little different than in past years. Not as much seems to be open this winter as in years past. Rehoboth seems busier than OC even with half the Boards ripped up. But if you enjoy OC as we do it's still fun anytime of year. Didn't go to Assateague, still not up to hiking but hopefully before long will be able to do that as well.

Nice pics! Boy, the inlet just doesn't look the same without the ferris wheel! Hope it's up again soon!

It did look and feel strange without it Hopefully it will be back up soon. It is just something you expect to see when you get there.

I love how peaceful OC is during the Winter. Plus, you can get a parking space at The Inlet for free!!!

Thanks for posting the pictures. I'm actually thinking about taking a day trip down there before gas sky rockets again. It's worth the 4 hour drive each way just to spend some time enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean. I agree too, It really looks odd not seeing the giant wheel on the pier.

Hello Everyone, thanks for the pictures. I am actually going down on the 27th for a little weekend getaway. Man does the boardwalk look strange without the Ferris Wheel. Is anyone positive that they are going to put it back up? Why is it that no one is posting any comments, they seem few and far between.
