Fireworks on the 4th? - Ocean City, MD

Anyone know official word on this? I heard a rumor that the fireworks were not going to be on the 4th- but rather on a weekend- this would be the first time that I know of that it wasn't on the 4th...

Can anyone confirm or deny?

I certainly hope the fireworks are on the 4th, we will be there from July 3-7, and I was looking forward to the fireworks in OC. Please keep us posted!

The OC Calendar of Events shows Jamboree in the Park and fireworks at Northside Park on July 4th at 9:30 PM. It also shows a July 4th Concert on the Beach and Fireworks (N. division St.) at 9:30 on the 4th.

They're on the fourth at Northside park and the boardwalk. Maybe they are on the weekend somewhere else....Seacrets maybe?
