yea & if you had 2 people on the balcony they would have to say excuse me to one another everytime they went back & forth from inside & outside.... I looked at those tiny balconies when I was there in July and all I kept thinking is - it's hard to believe someone actually got paid to design this place!

You had a better balcony at the Santa Maria. Think about it....

There are finally some decent interior photos on TripAdvisor.  Looks like a nice hotel. There are still no pictures on their own website.  Although, it seems that their prices are about the same as the Hilton & Holiday Inn Suites.  These two properties have much larger rooms, so you are likely to get more for your money there.  After I stay at the Courtyard in October, I will be able to do a real comparison among the three properties, as I will have then stayed at all three of them.
