We stay on 77th st every year. I never heard of the Condado. Is it new? All I can tell you is about the area. Very nice, quiet and cleaner beach area than most of OC. There are no high rises (yet) so crowding isn't a big problem. There are restaurants and some small shops nearby. You can walk to most places and the bus stops on the corner every 15 min. or so. If you're looking for somewhere not so crowded, this is a good area.
