I just returned from a great weekend at Century I. A great building with very friendly staff. On the other hand, I own a unit there so naturally I'm bias. But, having stayed there, you know what I mean. When we purchased five years ago we looked at them all. We love everything about it.

Both buildings are kept up very well because they both have strong condo associations. The individual units, however, are mainteined by the owners, so the quality of upkeep, furnishings, etc. can (and will) vary.
Your rental agent should have a pretty good handle on which places are cared for and which are not. And because of that "local knowledge," you should book early so you get some choices...

My family and I are planning on staying at OC for the 9th time this year. In the past we have stayed at the pyramid and century 1 but lately we have been trying different places and have only been staying in OC for a mini week. This year however, we plan on staying 8 days and we were trying to figure out which place to stay, The century or pyramid. Has anyone reciently stayed in either palce and how was your stay? Any feedback would help because we havent stayed in these places for over 5 years now, so we aren't sure how nice they still are. Thanks!
