I know Ocean City is filled with great food both bay and shore side from north to south but one of my favorite things to do is to have a nice meal on the boards. I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for good restaurants that have either a roof top deck overlooking the boardwalk or has any other ground/patio type outdoor seating.

Thanks Kwhit, I have eaten at Tony's before and the view is great. The pizza on the other hand wasn't anything special in my opinion. I may give Tony's another shot though, the food in the past wasn't horrible or anything.

Shenanigan's on 4th St has a deck outside with a good view of the Boardwalk and beach.  It's not a roof deck, so it does kind of have a fish bowl feel, but the food it very good.

The only other places I can think of are Conner's and Tony's.  Conner's in OK for a quick lunch.  Tony's Pizza is hit or miss.  I think they're pizza was really good at one time, but it's not quite as good as it used to be.

OC Frogs in the Inlet Village has a great view of the Inlet if you sit at the bar.

Shenanigans, Brass Balls Saloon, Peppers, and Phillips by the Sea are all places I'd recommend and all have outdoor seating with a view of the boardwalk.

Brass Balls would be my pick.  Great burgers and sandwiches and a great view.

For outdoor boardwalk dining, I like DaVinci's By The Sea, good Italian food that comes with unlimited salad and a home made compound butter for the bread.

Also agree with Mink66 - Peppers Tavern, Brass Balls are good too.

Thank you all for the suggestions! I'm heading down there tonight for a vacation, I can't wait! I wish the weather forecast was a little better though.

Pepper's on 17th street has a "boardwalk view" terrace and Harrison's Harborwatch has a great view of the inlet, if you're into that.
