I think Wayne Odachowski (Not Mark nor Matt) and a partner of his bought it, not sure if they sold it to someone else. I think they were trying to purchase some adjacent lots and build a massive condo complex complete with deep water boat slips, not sure how far along those plans got.
I remember a planned auction for the property but it was cancelled due to a lack of interest, last I heard anything on it.
Does anyone know who bought BJ's South and then demolished it. What is the story with that property? I believe it was bought back in 2003 or 2004. Did a local person buy it or did a national developer buy it? I wonder what they have planned for the property? I can't imagine buying property for 5.2 million and then not doing anything with it for 5 years??? The carrying costs must be incredible!
