I never heard of it, but my family and I are looking around for a new place to stay. If you don't get a response by the time your vacation takes place, can you post a review? Rates? Etc?

We looked at the model when they were first built,a few years ago, and they were beautiful but the layout was on an angle. Last year we knew people who stayed in one of the units and their balcony overlooked the parking lot. It will be interesting to see your comments after your vacation in July. Have a wonderful time!

We stayed at one of the condos  earlier this year and it's a lovely complex and a great altnernative to a hotel if you are staying for more than a few days.  I would suggest you pay particular attention to the location of the condo, though and be sure to get an ocean side or ocean view condo.

Britt, it is around 60th St, across from Hall's. It takes up the whole block from highway to beach.
