The Majestic Hotel on 7th Street & Boardwalk has no minimum stay requirement. I have never stayed there, but a co-worker stays there every year, she says that it is clean and decent. No frills, though. Check out their website at majestichotelocmd.com

Does anyone know hotels that allow you to stay 2 days instead of the 3 day mandatory stay in season? Would like to arrive in OC Friday and leave Sunday.
