If you are looking for some great entertainment for the entire family this week, check out these FREE concerts and other exciting activities.

On August 11th, bring your beach chair to Sunset Park to hear the sounds of Randy Lee Ashcraft and the Saltwater Cowboys.  A FREE concert will be held from 7:30pm - 9:00pm.  Sunset Park is located at South Division Street in downtown Ocean City on the bayside.

On August 12th, enjoy another FREE concert on the beach from 8:00pm - 9:30pm.  These events are located on North Division Street and the Beach.  These free concerts are tribute bands as well as local favorites.  What better way to spend the evening then relaxing on the beach while listening to great music?

Other free family fun this week include, Sundaes in the Park, Movies on the Beach and Bonfires and Story Hours.  Details on each of these are below.  Don't miss out.  The entertainment is good and the price is even better...FREE!

Sundaes in the Park are from 6 to 8pm at  Northside Park, which is located on 127th Street and the bay.  Free concerts featuring local and regional groups as well as “create your own” sundaes (these cost a small fee).

Movies on the Beach are Monday and Friday nights in  August.  On 27th Street Beach families can enjoy movies on the new 16-foot projector.  There are games and activities offered at 7:30pm and the movie begins at 8:30pm.  The movies that are showed are general audience movies intended for the entire family and are presented free of charge.  Bring a blanket or chair and enjoy a night at the beach while watching a movie.

Bonfires and Story Hours are Thursday nights in July and August from 8 to 9pm.  On North Division Street and the Beach there will be various speakers and storytellers.  This is a great opportunity to learn fun facts, history, and things to do in OC.  Enjoy the flames and tales while sitting on a blanket or chair on the beautiful Ocean City Beach.
